The Process
It all starts with getting to know your needs.
New Project Questionnaire
To best understand your needs, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire. This helps us establish the scope of the work as well as where to begin.
Initial Consultation
We will come to you to confirm our understanding of your needs and get familiar with the space.
Project Write-up
We'll provide you with a summary of your goals as we understand them as well as a tentative approach and high-level estimate for the work.
Agreement
We'll come to an agreement on the work to be done and the schedule.
Getting to Work
Work will begin as agreed upon and continue to completion based on the dates outlined.
The small print!
A deposit of 25% of the estimate will be required for all jobs. This will be applied to the final total.
Payment is expected at the time/intervals outlined in the agreement. Payment can be accepted via cash, personal check, PayPal, Apple Pay or Zelle.
Trash and donations will typically be cleared/taken at the end of each session. Larger items or quantities will take more planning and time.
We would love to take before and after photos, with your permission. Names will never be associated with project photos displayed on any website or social media.
